The United States Marine Corps Improved Load Bearing Equipment (ILBE) was designed by Arc'teryx's Law Enforcement and Armed Forces "LEAF" program and manufactured by Propper International in the USA,under an agreement with The U.S. Marine Corps and Arc'teryx.
The backpack is made from 725 denier Cordura nylon fabric, in the USMC digital woodland camouflage pattern. The pack is covered with a MOLLE/PALS web grid, for the attachment of smaller modular pouches. The ILBE can easily hold up to 120 pounds in its large 4500 cu in. main pouch. The pack features an internal adjustable frame and a highly padded waist belt and shoulder straps or comfort.
This is an incomplete pack which includes only the main pack and shoulder straps. Perfect to use for parts and materials.Â
Grade 4 - Will have rips and tears; missing lid and waist strap; may be missing shoulder strap attachments.Â
