Processing times: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Next day and 2nd day orders placed before 8:30am central will be processed the same day. If you have specific needs please contact us by phone. Holidays and weekends are not considered business days. No shipments will be made or delivered on these days.
Saturday Delivery: For 2nd Day Air due to be shipped on Thursday, or Next Day Air due to be shipped on Friday an additional $18 is required for Saturday delivery. Otherwise deliveries will be made on the next business day.
Shipping Rates above apply to packages of 5 lbs or less. Extra charges may apply for heavier or oversized packages. We will contact you for approval before any extra charges are assessed. Additional charges may apply for 1 or 2 day air service due to the dimensions of the package. If applicable, we will notify you prior to shipment.
US Customers outside the Contiguous United States (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, etc) - Additional shipping charges may apply based on the size and weight of the items you are ordering. We will notify you if additional charges are required.
International Shipping: Orders are based on shipping WEIGHT AND DIMENSIONS, not purchase price. We will contact you to receive the international shipping charges before we ship anything, pending your approval. Shipping quotes provided are for standard USPS Mail rates. If you'd like to have expedited service provided by UPS we are happy to quote you for that also. Depending on your location, delivery via USPS may take 4-8 weeks. Delivery with UPS will be within 3-7 business days and the price will reflect this speed. Provided quotes are valid for 14 days, after which we may need to provide an updated quote. Additional delivery charges may be paid via PayPal.
Freight Forwarders: Due to high levels of fraud, only ground shipping is available to freight forwarders. Any order to a freight forwarder placed with a 2nd day or Next Day delivery will be immediately canceled and refunded. If you are shipping to a freight forwarder we may contact you to request full payment via PayPal. We appreciate your understanding.
APO/FPO: Only standard ground service is available. Please check the box that asks if your address is an APO/FPO to insure that your order is processed quickly.
