Genuine U.S. military issue medical cooler. These surplus coolers can now be used as a lunch box or to keep drinks cold. The Inner coolers can be removed and then be used as a shoulder bag for cameras, radios and other gear. The black inner box is filled with cooling gel and keeps contents cold. The 2nd inner box is made of a heavy styrofoam to keep inner cooler even colder longer. The desert camouflage main outer bag is foam padded with zipper closures and can be carried by the shoulder strap or by the handle on the back of bag.
